General Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership 1.1. To access the co-working space, you must have a valid membership, which can be obtained by registering on our website or visiting our premises. 1.2. Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You cannot share or lend your membership to anyone else. 1.3. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at our discretion.

  2. Use of Facilities 2.1. As a member, you have access to the co-working space during our regular business hours. 2.2. You must not use the co-working space for any illegal, offensive, or dangerous activities. 2.3. You must respect the rights and privacy of other members and refrain from any behavior that may disturb or disrupt them. 2.4. You must keep the co-working space clean and tidy and follow all rules and guidelines for using our facilities.

  3. Fees and Payments 3.1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. 3.2. We reserve the right to increase membership fees from time to time, but we will provide advance notice of any changes. 3.3. Any additional services or equipment used beyond your purchased package will be billed separately. Damages Caused by Members

  4. Liability and Insurance 4.1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, including but not limited to laptops, mobile devices, or any other items you bring into the co-working space. 4.2. You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your personal property, liability, and other risks associated with using the co-working space. 4.3 You are responsible for any damages that you or your guests cause to the co-working space or any of its facilities. 4.4 Any damages must be reported to us immediately, and we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged property. 4.5 You must use the co-working space and its facilities with care and take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage. 4.6 You must comply with all safety rules and guidelines when using the co-working space and its facilities. 4.7 You are liable for any damages caused by your negligence, intentional misconduct, or breach of these terms and conditions.

  5. Termination and Cancellation 5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice, if you violate any of these terms and conditions. 5.2. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving us notice in writing. 5.3. If you cancel your membership before the end of your membership term, no refunds will be given.

  6. Changes to Terms and Conditions 6.1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. 6.2. We will provide advance notice of any changes to these terms and conditions.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the co-working space is located. 7.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.
